At St John’s we pride ourselves on the active role the School Council takes within the day-to-day life of the school. The School Council is made up of four children from each year group in Key Stage One and Key Stage Two. These pupils have been elected by their peers to represent the view points of all pupils within the School.
The School Council meetings are chaired by our Head Boy and Head Girl and are formal meetings where the collective views of their year groups are discussed. Following such a meeting, individual School Council members may meet with particular staff or children to complete their delegated tasks.
